I wanted to prepare one cocoa donut but that it was something more particular and greedy than the classic dessert for breakfast that we all know. So I found on an American website a recipe that suggested emptying a donut and stuffing it with a delicious marshmallow cream, the idea immediately intrigued me, I started cooking and this is the result, a donut with a very sweet heart mashmallow cream. I liked the contrast of color and flavor a lot and I will certainly prepare it again since it was very successful in my house too;) After a week in sickness, today I went back to the office, I'm not at the top, but I I feel much better, so I leave you to this greedy donut and I get to work, I have a lot of things to recover. How to make the Marshmallow Donut
Beat the eggs with the sugar until they become foamy
then add the oil and milk slowly
Add the flour, cocoa and baking powder sifted together
Whip until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Butter a donut mold and pour the mixture inside.
Bake the ciambellone with cocoa in a preheated oven at 180 ° and bake for about 40 minutes.
Let it cool, then put the cake on a plate and cut two concentric circles on its surface without cutting the bottom of the donut.
Fill with the marshmallow cream
Then close with the previously extracted pieces of cake. Make everything compact well.
