These ginger biscuits are amazing, the combination of the pungent taste of ginger and the sweetness of the shortcrust pastry gives it a very special flavor that will not disappoint ginger lovers like me. Lately I've been indulging myself in preparing all kinds of biscuits, I'm getting a real craze for biscuits, this time I have prepared some biscuits with candied ginger that I bought in an ethnic food and organic food shop. How to make ginger cookies
Chop the candied ginger in the blender together with the butter, sugar and egg
Place the ginger buttercream in a bowl and add the flour and baking powder.
