How to make white chocolate salami
Prepare your ingredients in different bowls.
Coarsely chop the biscuits, melt the butter and also the chocolate.
Add the butter to the white chocolate and mix carefully to mix the two ingredients.
Then add the biscuits and pistachios and mix again.
Spread the mixture obtained on parchment paper and, wrapping it, give it the typical shape of salami.
Close the ends like a candy and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Once resumed, sprinkle with icing sugar.
