Pasta salad with buffalo mozzarella and cherry tomatoes is one of those dishes that I make very often in summer. A very easy cold pasta to prepare where the quality of the ingredients to be used is essential for an excellent result of the dish. How to make pasta salad with mozzarella and tomatoes
Cut the cherry tomatoes into 4 parts, add the basil, salt, pepper and plenty of extra virgin olive oil and cook for 30 minutes, then add the pitted black olives, and cook for another 10 minutes.In the meantime, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, drain it, add a drizzle of oil, mix and let it cool
When the pasta is completely cold, add the sauce and mix
Cut the cherries of buffalo mozzarella into 2 parts and add them to the pasta salad
Mix gently, cover the bowl with cling film and place in the fridge to cool.
When the pasta salad is cold, serve it on plates
