This beetroot bread enriched with chopped walnuts was a really nice find. How to make beet bread
With the help of a mixer, blend the beets until a puree is obtained.
In a bowl put the flour and, after making a hole in the center, put the water with the yeast.
Add the beets and start kneading.
Now add the salt and oil and knead until you get a nice elastic dough.
Add the chopped walnuts and continue to knead until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
Then form a ball.
Cover the bowl with cling film and let the bread rise in a warm place for 2 hours.
Now divide the dough into 4 loaves, place them on the baking tray covered with greaseproof paper and let them rise for another hour.
Then bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
