How to make risotto with zucchini and salmon
Clean the courgettes and grate them in a bowl.
Sauté the spring onion with the butter in a saucepan, then add the rice to toast it.
Now add the zucchini and turn.
Cook the risotto by adding a ladle of hot broth at a time.
When cooking is almost finished, add the chopped basil, salt, pepper and steamed salmon.
Your risotto with zucchini and salmon is ready to be brought to the table.
