Vegan chocolate ice cream is one of those recipes that brought me even closer to the vegan world: when I find such a good and successful dessert without animal proteins, I can only be fascinated;) Do you think that chocolate ice cream has become the Elisa's favorite summer snack, but since I made her taste this vegan version, she preferred this and I can only be happy, given the lower fat intake.

How to make vegan chocolate ice cream
Melt the chocolate in the soy milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
Then remove from the heat, add the cream, flour and sugar and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a large and low pan, let it cool, then refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
Take the mixture back and work it in the ice cream maker: with mine 15 minutes at speed 1 were enough.
Put the vegan ice cream in the freezer for an hour, then serve.
